We are expecting a very large turnout for this year's conference. Due to our large turnout, we expect to fill up the hotel! Rooms with double beds went quickly and there are no more for Friday night. There are still double beds for Wednesday-Thursday night. There are also plenty king beds left.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you in planning your stay at conference this year. There are plenty of other options in the area if the conference hotel (Crowne Plaza) cannot accommodate your needs (see below). The conference hotel is a very short walk from the Light Rail and accessible from other hotels in the area.
It is recommended that you try the Crown Plaza first when planning your trip and working with their reservation team to see how they can accommodate you.
