Please send one complete proposal, using the MAR Conference Proposal Form as the cover page. Include all the information listed as well as the completed Proposal Form. Also send an original with three additional copies (4 total) which includes only the information listed in A-F for a “blind review” by the Conference Program Committee. Please note that all presenters must register for the conference.
