EXHIBITS COORDINATOR REPORT

The exhibits are an important part of our annual conference. They provide us with an opportunity to enhance our programs with the latest equipment, books, and merchandise.
Do you have a CD, book, or other item of your own to sell? I am happy to announce that we will have a shared member booth this year at a significantly reduced rate of only $35 if you reserve your space by the early bird deadline of December 1st. The cost after the early bird deadline is $60. This is the total cost for all three days!
Would you like to advertise your school, business, or an upcoming workshop? Consider advertising in the conference program or including a flyer in the conference packet.
Thanks to Susie Knechtel who will be coordinating the Silent Auction which will be held on Thursday night of conference along with our Exhibits Spectacular. Please contact Susie (suzsiek777@earthlink.net) if you would like to donate an item or two for the Silent Auction, or as a door prize for conference attendees. Please include a description of the item, and the approximate value. Thank you also to Bonnie Buzzard, the local chair for the Pittsburgh Conference who already has exhibitors signing up!
